very long registration process. did not like getting passed along to more and more dept. felt very uncomfortable felt pressure the each new person was just trying to sell additional services without being upfront about whet there purpose was. and if i didn't just answer a simple yes or no the agent got impatience with me. agent CS could be greatly improves

Very. Courteous customer service trying to get me the ins i need with the benefits I need, they only thing is is that, it was not explained about the $40 benefit and where i could go to spend it, nor how it is spent. I had to research that myself, I did find out, but there is no list, catalog or anything for reference of what is eligible.
