Not good not good not impressed

I called the number that I saw on TV. Thinking it was a Medicare advantage. anyway, after twenty minutes I was transferred three times listened to 3 or four recorded messages to be told.I don't qualify, because i've had a stroke.So I want to get off of your list, get rid of my email address and don't contact me, please.

You did not contact me before registration on jan 1st or prior to new registration

The sales person that set up my policy said this would be quick and easy and convenient for my prescriptions and then I got a message that I would be missing some of my prescriptions when they sent them because either the prescriptions needed renewals or there was something missing. But they never told me which ones. So they said to contact my doctors office or the pharmacy that I use now. But how would I call them and say that I needed help with prescriptions when I don’t even know which ones? When I called the office offices with the 800 number I had the lady said well do you wanna cancel it then? She didn’t even offer to resolve any of it. So she said that was my only option. Currently Walgreens and my doctor’s office is handle all of this. I don’t have to do a thing or make a call which is very helpful to me because I have really bad headaches all the time. And it’s difficult for me to be on the phone. And as much as I hate to say it stress makes some worse also. And I told her I didn’t want to leave Walgreens from handling all of this cause now they handle everything. If I need a new prescription, they contact my doctors office and I never even see it. If it needs a prior authorization, they take care of that too. I don’t have to do any of that. I am not impressed at this point at all.
