My experience was great. I spoke with 3 different employees and each one was REALLY HELPFUL. Everything was explained so that I understood everything. I am a Disabled War Veteran and Cory was so RESPECTFUL.

Teresa was great! She took her time with me and allowed me to process the information she shared, unlike the previous two representatives, one of whom one was very rude and did not introduce me when she transferred me to Teresa. Teresa made up for her rudeness. My only request is that, like Teresa, representatives should slow down when speaking with seniors, allowing them to ask questions and process the information given.

Agents explained the health plans very thoroughly for me. If I had a question, they would answer to make sure I clearly understood what I was saying. Yes and no to.
