Everyone was nice and helpful

Very polite and considerate.... Business oriented...... sympathy and empathy for the person they talk to......I was in medical field for 22 years back l in the 1991 and this new generation doesn't care about nothing but the money not the patient

The young gentleman that helped my granddaughter help me get better health care was amazing. His name was jonathan.

I had excellent service from the agent he was very courteous explained everything in detail I would let others know what a great experience I had

They were very helpful in making sure that my doctors were available making sure that my medications that I'm taking right now at the present are covered and how much they're covered by they did awesome job thank you very much
