The gentleman that I talked ta was Leslie Harvey. He was very kind and sweet and told and explained everythin ta me in a way that I could understand it. I have been in a bad way lately cause sumthin unexpected happened ta my Momma 2 weeks ago and I hada call 911. She spent 4 days in the hospital, then they transferred her ta a nursin home rehab facility where she has ta stay fer at least 15 weeks. I have my good days and my bad. Well yesterday, was one of my bad days. Quite a few times, I got worked up and anxious and was even cussing. And instead of actin ugly ta me, he was very professional and sweet and had ta calm me down more than once. I never told him, but I really appreciated that, and wanted ta apologize fer my uncalled fer and bad behavior. Leslie is a good man.

I felt like I mattered. They made a big difference, a wonderful difference to my life. Thank you so very much. The staff was caring and didn't make me feel rushed,
