Well I like the fact that the people knew their stuff there was no question about that and I'm sure following protocol asking all the right questions saying all the right things I'm all good with all that the only one thing that made it difficult is I was on the phone for two and a half hours seemed a bit much

To be honest I Am Not a Humana fan. But I did agree to this I'm not sure if I'm going to like it yet I will have to let you know. The people that were helping me all the different people they were all very helpful very polite very patient with me with asking all my questions.
