I don't know if you are referring to the conversation we had yesterday over the phone when you explained additional Medicare benefits to me and conducted a survey? I appreciate all of the benefits explained to me and that my doctor's visits may be covered as early as December of this year. However, I found some of the survey questions to be irrelevant. I thank you for you interest and follow-up with my Medicare coverage.

The last person I spoke was pushy and acused me of yelling and being unreasonable when I explained somethingto him.

They told me I would get a food card to be addition to what I already have with hummana

They didn't speak English good couldn't understand them, so I did not know if they got what I wanted. They were friendly and trying yo be helpful Just could not under stand them

There was a rude customer service representative. I was told that she wasn’t there to argue with me! Couldn’t believe it lol. Her job is literally to argue with me . I had questions, she had a scrip to read . I couldn’t get her to stop with the robotic script reading and answer a question I had about what she just said to literally “ save my ass”! And get this 10 words before I asked my question by interrupting her given scrip , she read from her sheet “ and I’ll gladly answer all questions! Obviously I felt lied too , she most certainly was not glad to answer questions, the second day felt like a rude intrusion rather than a nice check up call. She could have de escalated several times but chose to not be there to argue with me. I figured there was no reason for to waste anymore of anyone’s time with this kind of response so I ended the call retrieving my time . I already worked for 45 years at places I knew I was there for whatever the customer wanted and was concerned about . Thus my title , customer service representative. I surely would have been fired for telling a valued customer, I wasn’t there to argue with them lol

I've had them b4. They really didn't do much for me except talk me in to leaving my old pharmacy and starting with Select Rx. I am now with a great pharmacy. I left select Rx because of constant mistakes by incompetent pharmacists. Wrong dosages and even on occasion wrong meds in wrong bottles. I'm not sure how they did it but it was meds I wasn't even on. When I complained I was told they would make a note of it. Apparently that's all they did because it continued. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Well the lady i talked to said I could get 1000 dollars on top of it still need that money and my First name is Rick you have Rich can you change that please!!!
