Also very difficult to understand some of your representatives they have really poor English skills. The person I was speaking to took down some of my information then placed me on a brief hold. When they came back on the phone they just quickly spat out, “you’re not eligible,” and hung up the phone.

First part of conversation, perfect. The second person, total shit. Seemed to rather want to argue. Hard to hear, kept hearing echoe of my own voice. Person very impatient. I said I was done with this whole call

I was misled. I was transferred over to your company.. I was trying to find out a question about Medicare durable equipment providers and they tried to sell me an Advantage plan that I was not remotely interested in. Then the salesman hung up. Very rude. It seems like a scam to unsuspecting persons.

I was lied to about the new INS benefits. Now I'm stuck w an INS that won't help me much...
