That he cared enough to find my answers
The young man that answered my phone call did everything he could do to get me an answer for my problems. And he got me the information that I needed before we hung of the phone. I will never forget what he did for me

The experience I received from the Medicare staff was clear and considerate. They were direct without being rude. I was dreading this phone call and had many questions, but they seemed to answer them without me asking. Thank you for having such a wonderful and well informed staff.

The care team were always kind and considerate. From Dr. Desai’s office to all the different departments at Med Center they were true professionals and and made me feel it was important to them that my stay there was the best experience I could have
