I enjoyed talking to the first two people. Then a lady trying to push a medical alert button. I told her I wasn't interested 7 times, she wouldn't stop. I finally hung up i feel bad I hung up on her. She wouldn't take no for an answer she was stressing me out.

My experience with everyone I spoke with was very professional, friendly and courteous. My initial conversation with the person who helped me find a new Medicare Advantage Plan with part D was fantastic! After that I kept getting asked to please hold for another representative who would help finish up my call. I was either transferred or asked to continue to hold for the next person 4/5 times or more. I really lost track. I did elect to receive two of the benefit offers. However-I really wanted to just hang up. I was frustrated with all the “please hold for the next person.” Great benefits-but think there might be a better way to offer them? The entire process took way too much time.
