I did not want to join. In order to have a couple questions answered, I had to join. I do not want to be a part of this program. I don't need your help with anything. I need the number to cancel this.

Being honest I have never experienced anything like the runaround I'm getting from HealthSpring. I'm being delayed coverage because the "enrollment team" needs to confirm my qualifying condition. They claim they sent a fax to my doctor so, I called and that's not true. I have been calling everyday this week because I have serious medical conditions that can't simply be delayed. I provided my doctors fax number. I keep being told the same thing "I'm sending an email to the enrollment team they will respond in 24hrs and I will call you.." Guess how many calls I've received? 0

I am not happy with your company or some of the people thst I have gotten called from. The last guy was the ABSOLUTE WORST. He felt IT WAS OK for him to tell me I NEED to switch to another plan because it HAS DENTAL AND I NEED DENTAL. i told him I dont because I have drntures and just got new uppers a year ago and CAN'T wear lowers because of my gums. They WILL be floaters and no matter how much glue I use. He took it upon himself to tell my I need the coverage to get lower dentures and how he NEVER had problems with his lowers. Well that is such a blessing for him. Then he had the nerve to ask me HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY EAT WITHOUT BOTH UPPERS AND LOWERS. I told him I have had dentures for several years and I do just fine. I can survive without nuts and other stuff that I can't chew.

The person I spoke to, I could barely hear him over his heavy breathing. He played a video and he stayed on the line will the video was playing and he was breathing loud into the phone, so I couldn't hear it. 😒
