the person I talked to on the phone would not let me go any farther without agreeing to your service, which I did not want in the first place so you can take me off of your service, because you're not gonna be having my medications. You're not gonna be doing anything for me. Do you understand?

The only reason I call that number is because of a con from a commercial lead I wasted 30 minutes yesterday on a bunch of b******* The whole thing's I would have gave you 0 stars if there would have been a 0 option.

I was told at the beginning I had extra help for dental work be it implants or fillings or cleanings well I specifically asked about implants over and over they said $3000. Towards the dental work then I asked 1 more time or I was going to hang up and it ended up only being $1000. Towards implants yearly what a joke not even enough to get started!!!!!waist of my time quit calling!!!!!!!!!

U want my honesty, and yet your workers lied to me and my wife. about the benefits you offer. They new that we are senior citizens, on a VERY VERY SHORT income, we live in poverty as it is, and yet the package you signed us up for,DIDNT COVER A FOOD ALLOWANCE. IT WAS FOR OVER THE COUNTER STUFF NOTHING MOR NOTHING LESS. I'M NOT SHUR IF YOUR PEOPLE WANT TO HELP THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. We live on 1,500.00 a month. From ssi And nothing else. Like to see eney of your staff, can make a month of liven on that amount. So I switched back to my original company. Just a shame that you feel Lies and deciet are the best thing, just to get another enrollment on the books. Please in the future, don't call or Wright, as I will not accept. 1 star is the best i can do given the situation. Good by.
