Don't like it. I get the same prescription coverage. They made it sound like I could get a lot more than what I am getting already through my insurance

Kept me on the phone for offers I wasn't interested with , but transferred me to others that wanted me to get offers in their department after I said no to that

Laboriously long process, then passed on the sales people for all the "free" extras. What a racket.

Customer Service

Office visits and prescriptions are fine. But I received a bill for an echocardiogram and it was $475. I was not happy with that. I told the Dr that I would stretch out the tests and not get all of them at once.

Set up a point, never got an address until today.\nAbout when somebody makes it an appointment to give them an address.So they know where to go
