I was on the phone for 1.25 hours before the SalesRep forwarded me to UHC.

YOUR AGENT MISREPRESENTED THE PLAN THEY WERE PUTTING ME ON SO I'M CANCELING. IF I HAVE TO STAY ON HOLD ALL DAY. THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH CALLS HIMSELF JEFF SPEARS BUT EVERYONE ELSE SEEMS TO KNOW HIM AS PETER. NOT SURE WHAT'S GOING ON THERE. I ASKED HIM IF THIS NEW COVERAGE WAS GOING TO REPLACE WHAT I HAD AND HE TOLD ME NO. THIS WAS JUST AN ADDITION AND THAT MY PART A AND B WOULD STAY THE SAME. HE NEGLECTED TO SAY THAT I WOULD NO LONGER BE WITH REGULAR MEDICARE OR THAT I WOULD BE LIMITED AS TO WHERE I COULD GET TREATED. I HAD ALREADY MADE IT CLEAR THAT I DID'NT WANT ANYTHING CHANGED WITH WHAT I ALREADY HAD. I'M SURE I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE THIS HAPPENS TOO. IF THIS IS THE WAY HEALTHCARE SELECT OPERATES I STRONGLY URGE EVEYONE TO STEER CLEAR OF THESE FOLKS.

I wanted to speak with Medicare and some how I got to healthcare select. After repeatedly telling the person that I wanted to speak with Medicare I was instructed to listen to options for my Health care. After going through the possibilities and declining I was abruptly disconnected. I want to cancel my connection with this business. The number I was given to cancel was stated very quickly and I took it down. When I called that number it was for another product having nothing to do with healthcare select. What’s the actual number to cancel?
