I was hoping for the food card.Groceries are so expensive. My electric was turned off because of the groceries being so expensive.

I didn’t like them asking me for my Medicare number without letting me know why the needed it. And the automated program could not get past me not giving it out. I did like the automated program gathering information.

It took to long but we finally got to thend

Repetitiveness

I called specifically for the grocery assistance, they never help with that. I had to get new insurance, a requirement, got new life insurance, then got hung up. I called back and they sent.me to the insurance agent, again. They did not see my recent enrollment so they couldn't do anything. They hung up. I called back and right away explained my situation, they sent me back to the insurance agent. They agreed that I do have new insurance and sent me to the next person, yay. Then I got asked a whole bunch of questions sent to another agent for something else. This agent didn't know how to send me back, we hung up. By this time I decided to not mess with it anymore 😪. I was on the phone for 6 hours and 18 minutes. Ridiculous

I liked it,but I am hoping it will be a good switch.A lot remains to be seen,I have just started your program.

I like my Select Quote Agent, Nathan. I don't like all the scamming of the 2nd person. I did not was try to talk to any of you but you won't leave me alone. I will NOT TALK TO AI OR ROBOTS, PERIOD
