The gentleman speaking did not and would not give us his name and told him I was not interested and did not want to be transferred and wouldn't stop speaking and transferred anyway. Like he had to read the paragraph and do the transfer. I will be discontinuing membership........

No one came! I even called to see if the nurse was coming after the facetime call but no one called back. My appointment was 9:00 to 11:00 AM. I only received the facetime call at 9:18 am. Nothing else after that. I called to check what was happening at 11:25am and it is now 12:38 pm.
