I don’t understand why I was asked if I wanted to change my plan when all I called for was to see about getting the perks (gift cards) for my yearly wellness visit

We only talked on the phone. She was very nice in all but I called for the food card and she must of got side tracked cause she got my meds put in individual parts. That's nice but never got the food card. Hum.

During enrollment person read swiftly I guess standard enrollment questions regarding medical, and personal questions without explaining them. Didn't not give you chance to see if you understood or not.
