They most definitely helped me when I needed a health insurance that fit my budget being on disability. But I find it completely unnecessary to continue calling me constantly to see if I understand everything and if you do not answer the phone they will call you right back and you're always on the phone for an hour then trying to look at other stuff that may benefit you and they want you to sign up for more services that they offer that I found out later had a lot of complaints to the Better Business Bureau but as far as they did help me tremendously with my insurance then I needed and for that I thank you

What I didn't like was being Shuffled around to Different People. If You have to have more than 2 Persons dealing with Your Inquiry, then it's a Waste of My Time.

Believe all of this should have been settled BEFORE SRs started doing Medicare insurance etc, not wasting taxpayer dollars by paying callers to keep calling people 3-4 months into the year- you sign up believing set for year then “ oh we changed stuff”. Really? No way to run a business no wonder govt is in such trouble.
