I don’t care for the constant reminders for changing my prescriptions to mail delivery. I said I don’t want to change anything and thats final.

After speaking with one woman, I was transferred to another woman who asked me a question and when I answered with "No" she hung up, ending the call. I still have not received any paperwork showing what benefits or service I'm eligible for with Healthcare Select.
