It was not made clear I was losing my over the counter card. I depended on that OTC card to pay for items of necessity now It will be a struggle to pay for these things.

I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE SALES PERSON that I wanted a STAND ALONE HUMANA PLAN that would Cover me until I got MEDICAD back!! Sure sure....after GIVING MY INFORMATION I was transferred to Another person, then a 3rd person...2 hour's of my time? OH, YOU NEED MEDICAID BEFORE YOU CAN USE IT!!! I AM FURIOUS!!!

I told all of the people that I spoke with that I wasn’t interested in insurance. If they didn’t offer some incentives for extra assistance, I don’t want anything else. I will return anything that you send to my address. Please do not dial my number anymore. You all are scammers.
