My experience was exceptional! Veronica Flores, helped me feel less nervous , comfortable and her kindness and patience, was even evident over the phone! Next ,she stayed on the phone and introduced me to Laverne, who shared and asked pertinent information, also. Then Mel..the automated voice, completed my interview.
