Your customer service is extremely poor. For an item to cost as much as it does...your company has an extremely poor customer service department. I have emailed Healix four times without a response. I have called the customer service number 10 times...always the same recorded message..."The person you are calling cannot accept calls at this time." This is pathetic. I have an error message on my control panel..."EEE." The unit will not get hot.

I bought the infrared sauna blanket. I felt like I was in a body bag. It is so uncomfortable to be in. On the second time to go to use it wouldn't start. I contacted the company to return and they told me they charge a restocking fee for every part of the item. And they wanted the item returned to a residential home and they said they recommended getting insurance on the return which costs $50.00 with ups. I paid $499.00 for this and when I returned it I was only given back $329.00 then minus $70.00 for total shipping. Horrible purchase!!!! I wouldn't recommend this at all. They are thieves. And this is a home business.
