Customer since 2021 and I need a small part called a T Wing for my Leitner LH270 headset. They got me a part and shipped it with some goodies ( tootsie rolls). This is the only place I will ever buy headsets from. I wear them Monday through Friday for my job. Lightweight and last all day. I have replaced batteries and they offer them online. Great service from knowledgeable and experienced staff!!

I have used their headsets for several years, and they make an excellent product. Their customer service is second to none. You get live people who know their product and are serious about customer satisfaction, whether you email or call.
