Next level service, doesn't compare to any other VA/EA agency out there. I got a primary remote assistant and she's backed up by an EA team whenever she's off, so my to do list is always taken care of - which is exactly what I needed. Good workflow, great expertise in the team, and we didn't have to hire anyone because the EAs are employed through Headroom.
