HMS, USA LLC | Medical Billing Service CompanyReviews of hcmsus.com

My team is extremely diligent, thorough and professional. They have improved steadily by learning my personal style, and requirements and are maximizing collections.

Very good at communicating and following up on claims. Highly recommend them.

Both the current biller in charge of my account - Tanveer Azam and the previous biller - Asad Ali who worked on my account in the past are experts in their field with extensive knowledge and experience. They have been utilizing an individualized approach to each claim. Timely submission with ongoing monitoring of responses from the insurance companies have resulted in noticeable increase in revenues. They persistently negotiate and work on various approaches to successful appeal denied claims as well. Most importantly for a novice like myself, there is a constant open line of communication between the biller and the client, keeping me in the loop and deciphering the convoluted process happening behind the scene.

Excellent and professional work.

I have used HMS, USA for the past few years and each year has been a great year, with the following year surpassing the previous year. I always get timely feedback on my inquiries. I have always had any issues resolved, once again, in a timely manner. I would highly recommend HMS to any of my colleagues as they have enhanced my revenue stream.

As a practicing doctor, I am thrilled to share my incredible experience with HMS USA LLC, a leading medical billing company based in NY, USA. After facing numerous challenges with denial management and credentialing issues in the past, HMS USA LLC came to the rescue and proved to be an iconic partner in streamlining our medical billing processes.
