H. BloomReviews of hbloom.com

Please do not buy from this company although I cancelled my order they sent it out regardless. It was sent back to them as I refused to accept the delivery and I have been trying to get my refund back for over two weeks .they just could not care about people.but I have now contacted the ombudsmen and hopefully they will get to these people who think they can get away with this

I can't say enough bad things about the flowers from H. Bloom. I received a bouquet of flowers from my employer, as a gift, and I was initially excited about receiving the flowers, for the first few hours after I opened them. I believe the flowers were shipped next day, air, UPS; they arrived in a sturdy box. On first impresssion, I noticed a lot of inexpensive looking flowers, they looked like dandelions. Then I noticed a lot of greenery. Then I noticed roses, that did not look healthy. 24 hours later, the flowers are a bomb. So bad, they evoke negative feelings, not the positive ones that were intended, by my employer. Having had a great experiences with flowers from Amazon.com, we ordered flowers from Amazon, to replace the flowers that we will dispose of from H. Bloom, tomorrow. What a let down. This was H. Bloom's second attempt to deliver flowers to me. The first time, the flowers were delivered while we were away, and long lost. H. Bloom was friendly and cooperative about resending the flowers, once I could get past H. Bloom's off-shore Call Center, and talk to someone in the USA. But, H. Bloom's flowers are awful. My best advice, shop elsewhere, and be honest with your employer about H. Bloom. I can't believe that Amazon's flowers are far superior to H. Bloom's.
