Twice took my money for out-of-stock items — company admits its stock claims were "inconsistent"
Twice burned. Havn took my payment for chains they didn't have — order #13955 ended in a $79.20 refund, and order #14629 ($79.20, Oct 2026) never shipped at all because both chains were out of stock. The refund took weeks of chasing. When I asked if the items were back in stock before ordering again, their reps contradicted each other within hours: one said the warehouse confirmed everything in stock, the other said they couldn't confirm availability and told me NOT to order. When I asked for any written guarantee, Havn admitted in writing: "Our earlier statements about availability were inconsistent... Please do not place another order based on those statements." A company that tells its own customer not to trust its stock claims should not be taking orders. Meanwhile they keep sending "last hour!" promo emails urging me to buy. Avoid.
