Hey Julio – Your NYC FSBO success story is an inspiration to homeowners who are contemplating selling without a broker. The fact that you sold your property for above asking price to an unrepresented buyer, all without using a listing broker or buyers’ agent, is testament to the fact that selling For Sale by Owner is an effective and winning strategy. Nobody should feel obligated or pressured to hire a traditional 6% listing agent if he or she has the time and motivation to sell FSBO.
