Great payments for brokers. Got set up to help us out with getting our carriers paid and was able to get set up pretty quickly and it integrates with out TMS too.

Unmatched customer service and factoring offers for both brokers and carriers. They actually listen and prioritize innovation as the industry shifts into a more AI heavy space. With so many partners and integrations, they help automate the business very well! It's been a smooth ride working with the team so far.

We tried setting up an account with Haulpay and submitted all the required documents, expecting a smooth onboarding process. Unfortunately, we were left waiting with no meaningful updates. Despite multiple follow-ups, we received no clear communication or support from their team. Eventually, they simply refused to work with us without explanation after wasting valuable time. This level of unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism was very disappointing. We expected better from a company in the logistics and finance space. I wouldn’t recommend Haulpay based on our experience. If you're looking for reliability and clear communication, you may want to consider other options.
