More than sketchy. I ordered a phone case from them which took about a month to get delivered. Since it seems very flimsy, I’d like to return it, but they are not sharing return instructions with me. Instead they are “closing my ticket” whatever that means. My guess is that they want the 15 day return period to pass, so they don’t have to give me a refund. Save your money and don’t shop there.

I'm having a very hard time returning my shoes 👞 I keep emailing and all I get is a stupid email saying my ticket have been closed please 🙏 please do not shop @ this store I had to call my credit card company to dispute my refund stay away 😢

I placed an order on June 4th. It is now July 8th and there is no sign of me receiving the product I ordered. What is most frustrating is that I have sent many emails to customer service and they straight up lie. For the past several weeks I get a response that says it will be there next week. Then when it doesn’t show up, I get another message that says next week. I keep asking for tracking info and never get it. Today, I received another email with tracking info and a comment that said it will be there in a few days, but when I checked the tracking number (Intl tracking Number) it said another 15-19 days!!! Just a note: when I ordered the product I was told it would take 1-3 business days to pack and up to 14 days to ship. We have more than doubled that.
