From the day I reached out, inquiring about the program, the customer Service I have received, has been top-notch. They are very organized, and we’re very attentive to all my questions, whether it was a text message, a phone call, or an email, they always replied extremely fast, with a thorough answer. Although I haven’t started my program yet, and I’m waiting on my medication, up to this point, I am extremely happy. Tasha changed my entire view of what a provider could be, she’s that good. I don’t even know how to put this into words. All I can say is wow. My provider, Tasha, was absolutely incredible. Her bedside manner? Next-level. She’s warm, funny, patient, and sharp, the kind of person who instantly makes you feel seen and understood. You can tell she genuinely cares and knows her stuff inside and out. I came over from another company called TranScend. They were great at making the sales pitch, but when it came time to actually move forward, they wanted almost $5,800 upfront for peptides because of some four-month policy.
