The order was easy to place. Cutting the rod to size was no charge and it shipped out quickly. The entire experience went smoothly. It's what doing business with a company should be.

Products were exactly what was shown on website and came MUCH faster than I thought they would. It was a relief to find what I needed for a very reasonable price.

Everything was easy and user friendly from ordering online to the quick response email for the order, to the follow up customer service when we had not picked up yet. It was refreshing to hear a human with great customer service on the other end of the phone call. Thank you! You have gained a reoccurring customer for sure!!
