Having finish options for each part under a single listing would be helpful instead of having identical items with different finishes listed separately

Description needs to be better on the accessories. Only looked at clothes rods.

Thank you Evelyn! We definitely can put more information on those accessories pages. That you for your super helpful review. We want to know what we can be better at.

Quick response time. Except that when I wanted to have a change or modification in my order, I was told that you can't because the packaging comes from the manufacturer.

Thank you Lettie for your Review! When you received your order, you mentioned you needed 2in. screws and must have missed the description which says Includes two 10-32 x 1-1/4" screws. We would surely have given you 2 inch screws if we had them , but these handles are provided from our manufacturer (EPCO) who has them pre packaged.

quick turn around time from purchase to shipment, good automated communication throughout the process, a little bummed about the shipping cost but I get it.
