After visiting three well-known hardware centers, and learning that none of them could provide custom-cutting for closet rods bought on-site, I found Hardware Decor online. Your Help articles guided me to which closet rods I needed (load bearing differences, etc). The complete assortment of shapes, lengths, metals, and finishes made customizing my order very simple. My order was placed late yesterday, and I just received an email informing me that my order has already been shipped. Great customer service!
