Even though the package and contents were damaged in transit by USPS, Hardware Decor’a Customer Service was fantastic……responded to my email promptly and was quick to offer replacement or refund. Will definitely order from in the future!

Disgruntled
Bill in Customer service was able to get the order in, not sure why I was unable to conplete the order online as in the past. It kept giving me a request for a six diget "code" to be sent to my phone, never received the "Code"?
