Paid $40 extra for shipping, didn’t ship out before it was due to be received. Was supposed to be a three day ship turned into 12 days later, still waiting.

Hi Heather. Really sorry your back ordered rods took too long for us to receive them and ship them out. I did return your shipping by your request.

Hi Holly! Yes we did make an error on your order. I apologize for that. But we did ship the rest out as soon as we were made aware and in which the shipping method you preferred. I am sorry we made a mistake.

Hello Norman, a quick phone call or email from you about any order issues and we would have taken care of it the same day. We have reached out to you and are awaiting a reply back.

I can’t believe you were asking me how my experience was, and I’ve not even received my product yet!
Response from Hardware DecorJan 12, 2024
Hi Joe, We were asking for a service review, not a review on the products you ordered. Your Order placed on Wednesday around 7pm is out for delivery today. We value our reputation and your opinion, please let us know how we can improve or what we can do to possibly increase our rating.

We followed the instructions carefully and measured more than once. Regardless, we were barely able to insert two rods, and the third is about 1/4# too long. We’ll get it cut locally.
