Unresponsive Company after purchase
I purchased a Cavapoo puppy from Happy Tails along with their 5-week training program, which cost over $2,000. My hope was that she would come home with basic obedience, crate routine, and potty training foundation. Unfortunately, the program was a complete disappointment: Zero Proof of Progress: Throughout the entire 5 weeks, Happy Tails never provided video footage of proof that my puppy was learning to potty or go into her crate without stress. No Retention: Upon bringing her home, it was clear fundamental commands were not established, and potty/crate training had to be started almost completely from scratch. Ignored Communication: Since reaching out about these concerns, the company completely refuses to respond to or acknowledge my direct emails—they seemingly only respond when forced to address public Google reviews. Investing over $2,000 and five extra weeks away from a puppy for zero results and non-existent customer service is unacceptable. Save your money and work with a certified local trainer instead.
