I bought an open box dryer and it has never worked properly. I went through contacting LG support and had to do two days of trouble shooting to find nothing I could fix. LG recommended getting an HVAC company out to look at my vent to the outside before they would send anyone out under warranty. It was $128 to have them come out to look and nothing was wrong with my vent. This is a 6 day old dryer that has never worked. Do not by from Happys in Wentzville. My"open box" savings has been a joke. Happys sells this crap "AS IS" and then has a 20% restocking fee if they will even take it back. 0/10 recommend buying from this business. I bought an open box item at a small discount, not some hunk of junk off of Facebook.
