Scott and his team at HTYC are the best at personalizing your coaching and career transition experience. The complimentary tools and resources are extremely helpful -- I learned so much from the podcast. The paid resources and access to the coaching staff are even better. I worked with Amy for several months this year and she is nothing short of amazing. It wasn't just about career coaching, it encompassed so much more. You can expect a very professional, personalized experience from this team. Highly recommend!

Every single interaction with the HTYC team has been genuinely excellent! I was able to strategize with Nathan and get career clarity with the owner Scott. The provided a very clear roadmap to intentionally moving into a new career that actually fit me. All the resources that I utilized were extremely helpful in generating useful clues to where my career should pivot to. The conversations amazed me with expert advice and feedback loops to help me see what I was missing. Above all, I felt the team cared about me and my future. I wasn't just another customer but someone part of the HTYC family! HTYC receives my highest recommendation!

The Career Change Bootcamp was a really great experience. I had been floundering in my career for about seven years. I hated my job and wanted to make a drastic change, but I didn't know where to start or how to adjust my resume to appeal to recruiters outside my industry. The modules are set up to begin with lots of self-reflection, then you start to externalize your newfound realizations about what you want for your professional and personal life, and lastly, you put it all together and start implementing all the hard work you put in upfront. In 8 months, I determined a goal for a new industry and career path and found a bridge role to start me in that direction. I also have all the tools necessary to continue on my career transition and access to continued support from my coach. Highly recommend it to anyone who is willing to put in the time and effort required to make a big life change.

I went through Career Change Bootcamp to help me with a job transition and the experience was invaluable. From the plethora of resources that were available to me to the personalized coaching, the program was GREAT. Not only am I walking away from the experience with a great new job, I also have a deeper understanding of my strengths and clarity on my values which will serve me well in the future. Thank you HTYC, and particularly my coach Ben, for your deft guidance.

Finding your podcast randomly on Spotify, investing in your program, and working with Liz and then Phillip was the beginning of an amazing journey. "Comfortably unhappy" was what you said in the first podcast episode I listened to. That single description captured perfectly how I was feeling at the time. I appreciate you, your program, and your people. I HIGHLY recommend investing in your program to anyone looking to make a career change and find work they truly want to do.

After spending almost two decades in one industry and at one company, I was successful and “comfortable” but felt that it was time to make a change and look for new challenges. I was an avid listener of the HYTC podcast and after about a year, I finally reached out to the HTYC team to start my career transition. What I really enjoyed about the HTYC experience is the holistic view of the career transition and looking at the transition as both a personal and professional change. I started the career change journey with “an ideal” industry in mind but still had doubts about if I was going to be able to make that transition. The structured modules and exercises were helpful in giving me a systematic way to approach each step of the change. The career change can be a long process and what worked for me is going through each of the modules and going step-by-step. It was especially helpful for me to organize my time and goals. The HTYC team is incredible, and they really are on this journey with you---from onboarding to my sessions with my coach to continued communication throughout the process. The onboarding process gives you an opportunity to express what you’re looking for, and you are given coach recommendations that best align with you and your goals. My coach kept me motivated, helped me fine-tune my messaging, and provided candid feedback and encouragement. She challenged me to step outside of my comfort zone while being my authentic self. I’m happy to report that I ended up transitioning into the exact industry that I was hoping to join from the beginning, and joined a company that I am very excited about. The skills and tools that we worked on are ones that I will bring to my next role and apply to my career going forward.

Scott, Philip, Cindy and the entire team at HTYC have been fantastic to work with. I highly recommend engaging with this company if you are seeking assistance with a career change. Their podcasts, self-paced worksheets and personalized coaching have been instrumental in helping me successfully shift gears and make a major change in my career path. I'm incredibly grateful to this team for the impact they have had on my journey.

HTYC was a great experience and definitely worthwhile. The podcast is so engaging with inspiring stories of people who have taken the effort and made a meaningful change to their careers, and I found the HTYC coaching exactly all about that. Megan was so good to work with; warm, compassionate, with great prompts and challenges to think differently. Her support was invaluable going through the process and helped me to make a career shift in the right direction. Thanks Megan!
