Deceptive pricing & guarantee
They use deceptive advertising. The payment options default to one-year all payable in advance. It is difficult to see that this option is pre-selected. It also states 30 day money back guarantee. I thought I was purchasing only a single month but because of the way it auto-defaults to an annual service was charged a year. It didn't show the amount at the check-out. This is totally deceptive and they should be ashamed that they can only get annual customers by using such deception. The 30 day money back guarantee is also bogus. I immediately requested my money back multiple times through their customer service only to be refused. I even completed the charge-back form with Visa International to try and at least get 11 months back since I only used the service 1 day of 1 month but Visa denied the claim because I authorized the annually billing. But what about the money back guarantee Visa? I think any company that offers a service that can't be profitable using honest marketing knows they have a product not worth the cost!
