I have ordered and paid for delivery

Ordered what looked like a chopping board start of August, delivery was 10 days. I waited until 17th September to take delivery of a basically cut piece of wood that has more faults and rough edges than I’d care to count. Sent an email to complain, no reply. Avoid.

I was lured in thinking I could make extra money! SCAM! For anyone thinking this is legit, think again. My belief is they are trying to get your $app info to drain your bank account. BEWARE!!

Ordered shelves on 10th Aug with a delivery estimate of a couple days. Heard nothing, so checked and it had changed to 5-10 days on their site. Called earlier and have been told they won't arrive to warehouse until 5th September. God knows when supposed delivery would be. Have no faith that I'll actually receive it seeing as they weren't honest from the beginning.

I am not sure what to think I keep getting job offers for home jobs to put items together for this company, I don't know if it's a scam or not I'm very interested in the job but I am confused on the situation

Ordered shelves which were listed as being in stock. They took the money. Their site said delivery in two days. A week later I still haven’t received anything and the tracking on the order says they are waiting for stock.

I ordered shelves on 23rd June. The page originally said 2-3 working days delivery. It has since changed to 5-10 working days. When I questioned it with them, there was no acknowledgement of the error or apology. I received them yesterday, 18 working days later. One shelf is much darker than the other, it will be obvious even when stained. Also, there are small dents all over them because of the poor packaging. All in all a very poor experience.

I ordered a chopping board, but when it arrived the board was not straight so not fit for purpose. The customer services team advised that they would refund the item when it was returned, but I sent it back recorded delivery (at my own expense) and have not received any refund and the customer service team have stopped replying to my inquiries.
