We’ve been using HandiFox with QuickBooks for a while now and it’s made a big difference in how we manage inventory. One feature that’s especially helpful for us is the ability to track expiration dates. Since we deal with products that have shelf lives, being able to see and manage expiration dates directly in the system helps us avoid waste and stay organized. Our team can check stock levels and scan barcodes right from mobile devices, which makes warehouse operations much more efficient. The QuickBooks integration works really well too — everything syncs automatically, so we’re not dealing with duplicate data entry or mismatched inventory numbers. Cesar and the team were able to provide customization to adapt Handifox to our needs If you use QuickBooks Desktop and need a practical mobile inventory solution with expiration date tracking, HandiFox has been a great fit for us.

Great team, great customer service!

Ruslan and the Handifox team are true professionals. Despite being in a completely different time zone, they are always available to assist us during our working hours. Not only are they available, but they are pleasant and knowledgeable. Handifox has saved us many hours of manual inventory and the QB compatibility option has been amazing.

Handifox is always on hand to update the platform to suit my businesses needs without delay. This is the most user friendly stock system on the market and offers peace of mind for me that all order are being dealt efficiently by my warehouse. Thanks Ruslan and Team
