Hancock PublishersReviews of hancockpublishers.com

I'm very satisfied with Hancock Pub. Their editing, formatting and cover design/art were all first rate. Zoe, the person assigned to me, was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to work with me in getting the cover image and synopsis just right. I have nothing but praise for Zoe and Hancock.

I contacted Hancock Publishing because I needed copies of a book I had written printed immediately. Apparently you work with other providers to fulfill such orders. I was connected with skygenixcorp who must have then passed the job to Book Market Hub. My first order went relatively smoothly and I received the 200 books I ordered. Not as quickly as promised, but close. I then placed another prepaid order for 100 books on June 9 and was promised delivery the following week. THEY HAVE YET TO ARRIVE AND IT IS JUNE 24. Resulting in a major missed opportunity to sign and sell my books at a Fathers Day event where I was to be featured. After daily frantic phone calls, texts, and emails from me, Miles, the associate with whom I have been working, told me the printing press was down and he didn't know when I would receive my books. I know better than that as I am sure you have many printing options. Subsequently, he said he thought they could come up with a solution but I would need to advance $500 . My question was if the couldn't be printed for the $500 I had already sent how did the printing press start working if I sent more money??!! It sounded like extortion. Since that time I have received no responses to my calls and texts, no refund and no books. HELP! I engaged initially with Hancock Publishing and I need resolution.

I read a book published by these guys and I've never seen so many editing mistakes in my life. It was bad. Such a shame
