Loving the product is the ultimate experiance. Next, interacting with a top notch customer service team is the bonus. Chetry on top! How many times can we honestly say that shopping and intercating is a pleasure? Well, it is with Hanae. I give 5 stars and an enormous "THANK YOU" to the company and their customer care team. I am will be customer for life. Kerp up the great work!

Started a few days and I notice my lashes have gotten a tiny bit thicker, no irritation after applied. The wand helps easy to apply the product.

I’ve been using Hanae for about a week now, and I’m really enjoying it so far! My lashes already feel healthier, look more conditioned, and have a nice natural appearance. I love how easy it is to apply and how it fits into my daily beauty routine. I know it takes time to see significant lash growth, so I’m excited to continue using it and see how my lashes look over the next few weeks. So far, I’m very happy with the product and definitely looking forward to seeing the results! 💕✨

My lashes are very thin, short and damaged. Since I have tried the lashes serum 9 days ago. I have noticed my lashes have become stronger and growing. I use the serum everyday and I love it..would recommend to a friend who is going thru what I was going thru.

They communicate well very informative

I just started using Hanae about a week ago, and so far, I’m really happy with it! My eyes don’t feel irritated when I apply it, unlike other products I’ve tried that made my eyes feel itchy. I also love how the sponge and bristles work together—they almost feel like a gentle little massage for my upper and lower lashes. I’m excited to see the results as I continue on my Hanae journey. Thank you, Hanae!

Easy to use website to order from, well explained product, but not received yet so cannot rate the product I ordered.
