Beware of this seller. I had issue and they would never get back to me to resolve it. They say they have return policy but won't even return email on how to return. Do not buy from them. Horrible experience!!

I waited over a month to get the product when the product came. It was not what you advertise at all they sent me something totally different! I am so disappointed I will be returning it.! Respect respectfully, a disappointment, consumer Terry Dudley

I was so excited for this to come in the mail but it never came. I checked with my concierge, mailbox, asked neighbours but it never arrived even though when I tracked it it said delivered. I contacted support and they said theres nothing they can do because the carrier said delivered. I wish there was more they could have done but they didnt even try. I will be disputing the transaction with my bank and unfortunately will not be supporting their business ever again.

Took a long time to arrive and when it did the packaging was so damaged! The tube inside was also crushed/smashed and unsafe to use. I emailed Hanae Korea with no response

Awful experience! My rating should be Zero! I don’t recommend this product to other users because of the bad experience with the delivery of my product. I have ordered with Hanae Korea and realized right away that my old address was listed as the default address so i sent an email to customer support to modify the address the same day i placed the order. Only after 10 minutes upon placing the order that i sent the email. Not even a grace period. I have an email showing that but Hanae Korea did not acknowledged it right away. They dont have courtesy cancellation or modification. They shipped the product the next day and it was sent to my old address and i never received the product. Tried contacting the property manager of my old address and they said that the current tenant did not receive anything. Also filed a police report about this. Police report has been approved. I dont want to pay for a product i have never received. Hanae Korea should process refund or send me the product again to my new address.

Ordered buy one get one free but only received one

I didn't receive my order, so would love to get a refund so I can make the same order and hope to receive this time!
