I ordered a but one get one offer. Only recieved one. The size is also not the same s the advertisement/picture of what I ordered.

The size of what I ordered it was like a sample size and was not the same as the picture. I thought I was getting an authentic product from Korea but the label looks fake.

I ordered mid August and it is the end of September and I have still not received my order

What i ordered was absolutely 💯 percent not what I received. I contacted your company thru your link for contact and have received NO response. I do not want the product you sent. I want the one I ordered. Or a full refund.

Received the product. Looks nothing like what was depicted in the ad that I ordered from. Doesn’t have the Hanae name and the box clearly states it was made in China. This is deceptive to all customers. I would be happy to return the product (I have not used it) for a full refund.

I ordered this on 8/29/2026 and have not received it yet so i give it one star at this point

I never received my order from a month ago.
