Never got my product! Emailed to let them know and to refund me and they didn’t. SCAM!!!!

Well I am supposed to leave a positive review to be entered into a drawing for a full refund. Only problem is I haven’t received my order or a tracking update since I ordered, which was 10 days ago and there shipping policy says you will receive your order in 5-7 days. Something is not right and I want a refund anyway!

First of all it took a while to receive product, Then not happy about the product since it does not work like it says , left on overnight then peeled off but it leaked off as soon as I went exercise. Product said it was even water proof which is not!

Order placed 9/16/2026 was not delivered yet.have reached out to the company for a refund (there’s no number to call)but no response.

Never received the product and tracking never updated.

The product does not work.

I ordered the eyebrow stain 2 months ago so far i have not received anything yet you charged my card and took the money . If it was coming from korea it should be here by now . It was on deal buy one get one .so i do not think i will ordered from you again Hind

Order takes so long and I haven't received my paid items yet! Can't give a good rating at this time!
