I ordered 2 of the Hanae Volufiline Ampoule and received something called Zyvarn Hydrating Serum with totally different ingredients. TINY bottle (10ml) The silk peptide toner I received with no branding on it doesn’t have any of the ingredients in it that it said it had online on the listing I ordered from. Completely different product than advertised and the bottle is way smaller than it looked in the photos too. This is a scam. Unfortunately when I checked the reviews here before I ordered they were mostly positive and it seems as though this last wave of orders have created a lot of unhappy customers. I’ve emailed for my money back but who knows…

Placed order online in August. Middle of September now and still no package. Contacted support and received a generic response. Tracking number when put into tracking show nothing, and no response to support for refund. Giving one star as opposed to the finger for screwing me over.

I ordered 2 bottles and only received 1. Plus in the advertisement shows large bottles and I received the tiniest bottle imaginable, not even worth $5. DO NOT BUY it’s a RIP OFF.

I did not click subscription and I was signed up for a subscription apparently. I would like a refund for this second order that went through without my permission.

I got a very small bottle with just a label that said Silk Peptide nothing else, it looked exactly like water , you could tell it wasn't the real thing, it was just all fake serum

The product does not work

It’s not from Korea. It’s from China. Like the toner I bought. Completely looking different from Hanea Korea on the bottle. Terrible quality. A waste of money. That’s a scam. Don’t buy. I wish I could give zero stars. It’s not Korean. It’s from Hongkong
