Not as advertised. Smaller bottles. No name brand. Smells weird.

I initially purchased with the advertised price of 34.95 with buy 1 get 1 free. I was only sent 1 and was charged $50 plus $7 for shipping. I contacted the brand and initially got a reply but when I asked for a refund (unopened, was just annoyed that i paid 50 for 1 and didnt want it I it was supposed to be 34 for 2) they stopped replying. I sent a further 4 emails with no reply

The product is not what I ordered. It doesn't even have volufiline in it. It was supposed to be a buy 1 get 1 volufiline. Instead some other serum came.

I ordered it nearly a month ago, have emailed about my order, no response and I have never received my order. Very disappointed.

They sold me a fake product. When I reached out for their attention to this matter they didn’t respond to me at all.
