They falsely advertise the product, don't respond to emails, create shipping label without shipping product for 20+days, product is not Korean, it's made in China. Reviews on SHOP will give real reviews. The company wanted me to leave a positive review for products I haven't received to have a possible chance for a full refund! I want a full refund for being honest!

When ordering I ordered y'all's 100% philosophine. It came in as a complete different order, a different name and the different purpose of the serum. It is not the correct item totally different products. I will not be ordering this product again

Product does not perform as ads indicate, although the size of the bottles are not listed on the website, it appears to be smaller than those on the ad. I am requesting a refund and I will be returning the product.

I didn’t receive the right product and it’s was a smaller bottle than was advertised. I shouldn’t be put in a drawing to get my refund back.

WORST COMPANY EVER. Never sent out my package refuse to give me a refund. I’ve reached out several times and I’ve not gotten any response. It’s been almost a month and nothing has happened, my order status just says label made nothing else. Then they send me a email saying in order for me to get a “refund” I would have to endure a refund giveaway where one lucky winner will win a full refund if we leave a positive review on there product

It's been a couple weeks now and I have not received eyebrows makeup and now you send me an email asking for review? I ordered the product on September 3rd, there's absolutely no shipping information available to me the tracking has not been updated since September 4th. Give me my money back if you do this to every customer you are kiting money. Unbelievable. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE YOU TAKE MY MONEY BUT YOU DON'T SEND MY PRODUCT.
